Description Edina Country Club is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the Pool Snack Bar Supervisor role. This position is seasonal with the option to continue into a permanent full-time position based on performance and availability. Ideal candidates are available to work evenings, weekends, and major summer holidays, including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. Position Responsibilities Oversee daily food and beverage operations at the outdoor Pool Snack Bar. Supervise and support PSB staff, including training, and performance management. Engage in hands-on service, including serving duties when needed. Maintain exceptional member service by ensuring accurate, fast, and friendly transactions. Partner closely with the pool back of house team to ensure timely and high-quality food service. Uphold health and sanitation standards, ensuring clean and organized work areas. Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties and assist with inventory management. Communicate operational needs, updates, and concerns to the Food & Beverage Manager. Foster positive working relationships with members, guests, and staff. Qualifications Strong leadership skills and experience motivating a team. Clear and effective communication abilities. Excellent time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Independent, proactive work style. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, wet environments). Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
