QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have reliable transportation (all shifts)
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position; lift 50 pounds, perform manual labour
• Ability to work within a team setting or alone.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to follow the company’s Safety Policies
• Follow written procedures
• Motivated individual who is detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Accurately calculate averages and percentages.
• Ability to distinguish between colors
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work safely in noisy, dusty conditions
• Ability to record data and have good written and oral communication.
• Work with repetitive tasks and work under pressure
• Must be open to continued learning
• Work shift work (12-hour shifts - days, swing shift, nights, weekends, holidays)
