Location: Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Chesil Beach Holiday Park
Contract Type: Seasonal
Hours: Part-time, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Working days will include Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Expected hours between 22.5-30 hours per week.
Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour, depending on age

  • Are flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess polite, clear, and effective communication skills for dealing with guests in person and over the phone.
  • Are passionate about delivering the best customer service and guest experiences.
  • Have previous customer-facing experience (essential).
  • Hold a driving license (desirable) for occasional travel between parks.
Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Reception Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working across our busy Reception/Holiday Sales Team at Bowleaze Cove & Chesil Beach Holiday Parks, using our reservation and maintenance systems (training provided).
  • Offering outstanding customer service to guests and owners.
  • Converting guest enquiries into holiday bookings.
  • Answering telephones, managing reservations, and redirecting calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Taking messages and ensuring all communication is handled politely and efficiently.
