We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Glencoe Inn. As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, handling inquiries, managing bookings, and assisting with daily banking tasks. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to upsell hotel amenities and provide guests with all the information they need. Previous experience in hospitality and a passion for service will set you up for success in this dynamic, customer-facing role.
