Our seasonal Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division being hired into and deemed competent to work independently. Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care Assists physicians during examinations and procedures Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills 21 Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals FL RN license. Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred. BLS & ACLS certifications through ARC or AHA. required. NIHSS required. 0-2 years’ experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will evaluate assigned patients, planning, implementing, and documenting their nursing care, while also assisting physicians during examinations and procedures. Responsibilities include performing various patient tests, administering medications within the scope of practice, and promoting patient independence through education.
