Requirements Position Responsibilities: As a Part-Time Reservation Specialist, you’ll support the Reservations Team in a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to: Answering incoming calls, booking reservations, and promoting our programs Forwarding calls and messages to the appropriate team members Notifying the Reservations Manager or Director of Program Operations when guides or captains need to be assigned to booked programs Tracking guide, captain, and boat assignments to ensure every trip is fully staffed Assisting with customer reservation inquiries or issues Monitoring weather conditions and keeping guides, captains, and guests informed Coordinating trip updates and logistics with guides and captains Communicating guest reservation details with concierges and partners Attending occasional all-staff meetings Contributing to a positive team culture by leading with a helpful, professional attitude Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements: A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or 1–2 years of related experience/training; or a comparable combination of education and hands-on experience Strong computer skills, including comfort with reservation systems, internet tools, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A positive, team-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service This job description outlines key responsibilities and qualifications but is not intended to cover every detail of the role.
