To provide a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care services inclusive of oxygen therapy, therapeutic gas administration, chest physiotherapy, aerosol therapy, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management, ventilator management and acute (Respiratory) care services to both inpatients and outpatients of the institution, to include all age ranges from neonatal through geriatrics Education: Graduation from a Respiratory Therapy Program. Required Licensure/Certification: Current Florida Registered or Certified license; BLS certification. Required Licensure/Certification: ACLS, PALS, and NRP prior to hire Experience: Preferred: 1 year Acute Care and Nursery Experience
Responsibilities
Provide a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care services to patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Responsibilities include airway management, ventilator management, and acute respiratory care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
