Description Key Responsibilities Operations & Service Oversee daily shift operations to ensure efficient and timely food and beverage service. Ensure all menu items are prepared consistently according to recipes and standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area, kitchen, and storage spaces. Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs. Ensure all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures are completed. Staff Leadership Provide guidance and support to team members during service. Assign tasks and ensure staff remain productive and focused. Assist with training staff on recipes, POS procedures, and service expectations. Address minor staff issues during shifts and communicate concerns to management. Member Experience Ensure members receive prompt, friendly service. Assist with resolving member concerns or service delays. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the Club’s hospitality standards. Food Safety & Compliance Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed. Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation. Maintain compliance with health department and club safety standards. Efficiency & Accountability Monitor service times and workflow to maintain efficient operations Ensure staff complete assigned duties including cleaning, stocking, and prep. Assist with inventory tracking and product accountability. Qualifications Previous restaurant, café, or food service experience required. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to work in a kitchen and service environment. Schedule Seasonal summer position. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and peak club activity times. Additional Expectations Maintains professionalism and positive attitude during busy service periods. Leads by example in work ethic, cleanliness, and member engagement. Supports overall Food & Beverage department goals and club standards.
