We’re looking for a friendly, experienced Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team for the busy holiday season, now through January. This role is all about delivering warm, attentive customer service, keeping our store organized and inviting, and helping customers find just the right pieces for their homes and gifts.

EXPERIENCE:

• Retail sales: 2 years (required)
• High-end sales: 1 year (preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be the face of our store — greeting customers, offering product suggestions, processing sales, and ensuring the store looks beautiful and easy to shop.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven retail experience (home décor, fashion, or lifestyle retail preferred)
• Loves engaging with customers and building genuine connections
• Can confidently recommend products based on customer needs
• Understands the importance of store presentation and organization
• Is detail-oriented and reliable
• Is comfortable using a POS system and basic computer tasks
• Is available to work weekdays, weekends, and during the holiday rush

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, knowledgeable approach
• Recommend products and provide styling or gift suggestions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Re-stock shelves and maintain store presentation
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing new product arrivals
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
