We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable individual who is passionate about providing great customer service as a Seasonal Retail Store Chocolate Consultant at our store in Wolfeboro NH.
Most of the help will be needed during the months of June, July and August. If interested, there may be occasional shifts available in the Fall thru Spring months. This is an ideal summer job for a high school or college student. We are flexible and are happy to work with your schedule.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Motivated, friendly, and dependable team player; used to wearing many hats in a small
  company environment
• Previous retail and customer service experience a plus
• Quick learner, flexible and able to switch tasks and direction as necessary
• Able to multi-task well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to uphold standards of personal and workplace cleanliness
• Able to receive constructive criticism and strive to improve areas of weakness
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Computer savvy a plus
• Able to lift and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis; ability to be on feet all day
• Must love chocolate/candy and be willing to taste samples frequently for QC purposes

• Ensure an outstanding shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service
• Assist with opening and closing store
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
• Describe merchandise and explain features and benefits to customers
• Offer samples and make buying recommendations
• Maintain proper knowledge of products, sales, promotions and policies
• Help customers behind the candy case and check out customers at the cash register
• Help customers on the phone
• Stock and label products
• Assist with managing product shelf life and inventory
• Bag candy and build gift baskets as needed
• Take care of daily cleaning duties
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
