Our Montauk location embodies elevated coastal style and a premium in-store experience. We’re looking for a Sales Associate who brings energy, style, and exceptional customer service to our team during the Montauk season. Position Overview As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Frankies Bikinis. You create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining the brand’s visual and service standards. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal environment and bring a positive, team-first mindset. What You’ll Do Deliver an exceptional, elevated customer experience Build genuine connections with customers and provide styling guidance Drive individual and team sales goals Maintain strong product knowledge of swim, apparel, and accessories Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards Process transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with restocking, inventory management, and organization Maintain cleanliness and overall store aesthetic Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations What We’re Looking For Retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Passion for fashion, swimwear, and the Frankies Bikinis brand Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays Must be available starting the second week of May Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in a busy retail environment Compensation $21 per hour Seasonal opportunity in Montauk, NY Uniform provided Employee Discount Employee bonus Work in a collaborative, fashion-forward environment
