Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and building lasting customer relationships to enhance loyalty. Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assist in maintaining store appearance by following company visual standards, including plan-o-grams, visual maintenance, signage, and store cleanliness.   Team Experience: Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team that represents Newell Brand Values: Passion for Winning, Integrity, Leadership, Ownership, and Teamwork. Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.   Operational Experience: Support inventory management activities and control expenses.
