SKILLS

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
  • Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and promoting products to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
  • Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing backroom inventory.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts.
