As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in retail sales or technical sales preferred, with knowledge of technology products being advantageous.
• Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage customers and drive sales.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
• Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and promoting products to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing backroom inventory.
• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts.
