Be Remarkable.  I seek ways to be extraordinary and deliver a positive impact every day.   POSITION SUMMARY The Server Assistant supports food and beverage service at the diner within our children’s amenity, The Fort. This role requires a versatile team member who can seamlessly assist as a pool server, food runner, and busser as business needs require. The ideal candidate delivers friendly, efficient, and high-quality service while maintaining a relaxed yet polished experience for guests.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:    Key Responsibilities: * Run food from the kitchen to guests in the Diner and throughout the pool areas * Walk the pool deck regularly to collect dirty dishes, cups, and trays * Bus and reset tables efficiently in the diner and shared seating areas * Assist servers and bartenders as needed based on daily assignments * Maintain cleanliness of pool-side and indoor service areas, including stations and walkways * Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, especially during spring, summer, weekends, and holidays * Provide friendly and respectful interactions with guests and families, including many children * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including pool-area safety awareness * Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management Qualifications: * Previous restaurant or service experience preferred but not required * Comfortable working in outdoor pool environments and walking for extended periods * Ability to multitask and move quickly during busy periods * Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible with daily role assignments * Comfortable interacting with children and families * Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight General Responsibilities * Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, approachable attitude * Be flexible and available to work across different positions as scheduled * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards * Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
