Job Title: Server (Kid-Friendly / High-Volume) FLSA Status: Seasonal; Hourly, Non-Exempt Job Summary: The Fort at Bluejack National is seeking a friendly, attentive, and hardworking Server to provide excellent service in both the diner and pool areas. This is a family-oriented, high-volume position with frequent interaction with children and families. Servers must be able to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering great guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and serve guests in the diner and pool areas in a friendly and professional manner * Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly * Provide patient and attentive service to a high number of children and families * Assist guests with menu questions, including kid-friendly options and non-alcoholic beverages * Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, especially during spring, summer, weekends, and holidays * Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders * Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and stations * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines * Handle payments accurately using the POS system Qualifications: * Previous serving or customer service experience preferred * Experience working in family-friendly or high-volume environments is a plus * Comfortable interacting with children and maintaining a calm, positive demeanor * Strong multitasking and time-management skills * Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and peak seasons * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight Work Environment: * Service responsibilities include both indoor diner and outdoor pool areas * Kid-heavy environment with frequent family interactions * Seasonal high traffic, particularly during spring, summer, and weekends
