Seasonal Construction Project Manager-Superintendent Delaware Valley Paving is a national parking lot construction and maintenance company serving commercial and industrial clients across the country. As a family-owned organization, we are committed to developing our people, strengthening leadership, and delivering consistent, high-quality results through disciplined processes and a strong company culture, Currently we are seeking experienced Project Managers in several regions across the country with a strong background in asphalt paving and concrete construction. This role is responsible for leading projects from pre-construction planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader who can effectively manage crews, subcontractors, and client relationships while maintaining high standards of workmanship. This position requires significant (up to 9 months a year) of travel. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through implementation * Allocate labor, equipment, and materials for assigned projects * Supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors, and field operations * Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients * Negotiate with contractors and vendors to secure fair and reasonable change order costs * Maintain high standards of workmanship aligned with plans, specifications, and company expectations * Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion * Travel regularly to different job sites to support field operations and project execution ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of field leadership experience preferred * Proven experience in construction management and/or asphalt paving or concrete construction * Willingness and ability to travel to active job sites * Strong professional communication skills (internal teams, clients, vendors) * Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities * Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills * Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail ---------------------------------------- COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS * Delaware Valley Paving offers a competitive salary and bonus program depending on your experience. * Weekly pay * Pay for travel * Medical and Dental offered after 90 days * 401(k) with 4% company match offered after 30 days ---------------------------------------- WHY JOIN DELAWARE VALLEY PAVING? * Opportunity to lead impactful infrastructure and commercial paving projects * Collaborative, field-focused culture with strong operational support * Growth opportunities within a multi-state construction organization * Come join our talented growing team at Delaware Valley Paving!!
