Description POSITION OVERVIEW: We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Seasonal Snow Removal Team. As a team member, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our commercial properties safe and accessible during winter weather events. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and thrive in challenging conditions. RESPONSIBILITES: Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and plows Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and building entrances Apply de-icing materials as needed Maintain equipment and report any issues or damage Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate gear at all times Communicate effectively with team leads and other crew members Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years or older Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Ability to be on-call as needed Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work in cold conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Prior experience in snow removal or landscaping preferred but not required Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team CERTIFICATIONS: Valid Virginia driver’s license with insurable driving record
Responsibilities
Team members will operate snow removal equipment and clear snow and ice from various surfaces. They are also responsible for applying de-icing materials and maintaining equipment.
