Kaboom is actively looking for motivated entrepreneurial individuals to fill our Store Manager positions. If you are seeking an opportunity that is exciting, allows you to be independent, work hard and be rewarded for your effort while still allowing you to enjoy the majority of the summer; then look no further, our Store Manager position is ideal for you!
We are interviewing for our seasonal retail locations opening in May 2025 across Ontario. Previous customer service, sales and management experience is not required but will be considered an asset.

Typical tasks will include:

  • Hire, train and manage all of the employees for your store (schedule will be provided)
  • Manage all store and sales operations
  • Tightly control inventory and cash
  • Take care of your store’s maintenance, safety, and cleanliness
  • Ensuring your store presents itself to the best of Kaboom’s customer-first traditions

Successful candidates will be working 8-13 hours per day for the week prior to and including Victoria Day and Canada Day and will be paid a base rate of $18.50/hour, statutory holiday pay, and be eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 2.5% of sales.
