Description Summer Staff Positions at a Prestigious Country Club Join our vibrant team this summer and enjoy a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a beautiful country club setting. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fill a variety of roles across different departments, including golf operations, food and beverage service, and grounds maintenance. Key Responsibilities (vary based on position): - Assist with golf course operations, including golf carts, player assistance, and range support - Provide exceptional customer service to club members and guests in the food and beverage department - Service members daily at the pool snack bar, ensuring timely and efficient service to members - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, soft drinks, and snacks, maintaining high quality standards - Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously in dining areas - Support grounds maintenance staff with landscaping, mowing, and general upkeep of the golf courses and club grounds - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Follow safety protocols and club policies at all times Available Positions - Snack Bar Attendant - Kitchen Cooks - Youth Counselors - Golf Course Maintenance Workers - Outside Golf Ops Attendants - Pool Check-In - Beverage Cart Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Basic physical fitness and ability to perform outdoor work - Previous experience in hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must have landscaping experience for Golf Course Maintenance positions This summer opportunity offers a dynamic work environment with the chance to meet new people, develop professional skills, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of our country club.
