Overview SEASONAL PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR | CHICHESTER | FIXED TERM CONTRACT Due to continued growth and increased demand, we are expanding our team and seeking Seasonal Production Supervisors to join Natures Way Foods (NWF) on a fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where people are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will support site operations by supervising seasonal colleagues, organising labour, and working closely with management to ensure smooth daily production, accurate timesheet and attendance processes, and consistent productivity, helping deliver fresh, high-quality food products safely and efficiently to our retail customers. Responsibilities Shift Patterns Available (44 hours per week): Night Shifts 7pm-7am: Monday to Thursday Thursday to Sunday What you get from us: Annual salary: £31,154 (pro rata based on a fixed term contract) shift allowance for nights- £2,420 Employer matched pension up to 5% Health cash plan Flexible benefits including: Corporate gym discounts Access to online GP & life assurance Responsibilities: Liaise with NWF Management teams regarding daily labour requirements for each area of responsibility and organise. Manage the timesheet process at the start and end of shift, reporting any discrepancies to NWF Management team. Ensure all seasonal staff are in their designated areas at the start of shift and supervise any movements between areas as required. Ensure working hours are recorded accurately on the timesheets. Ensure all timesheets are signed off by the NWF Management team at the end of shift and submitted to the NWF Manager/Agency Coordinator Monitor and supervise break discipline, ensuring all PPE is returned to the designated changing area and stored correctly, and people are back in timely manner online following breaks. Work closely with NWF contact and constantly review performance assist on all matters relevant to consistent productivity during the shift.
