  Seasonal Tax Support    January-April 2026     Monday - Friday  8:00 am - 5:00 pm Full Time and Part Time positions available No evening or weekend work Position Mission Statement Each year, our seasonal tax team is an integral part of making our tax season a success and we are looking for a team member that wants to help clients develop wise habits of stewardship in pursuit of financial freedom.  The seasonal tax team provides support January through April for our Tax Department. Applicants should desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative and professional environment and the ability to learn quickly with attention to detail. These roles DO NOT require previous tax preparer experience but do require above average typing, organization, precision and client confidentiality skills.   Responsibilities and Tasks * Learn and follow Process and Procedures: 1. Participate in training required to learn and follow detailed tax processes and procedures for intake and delivery 2. Stay current on changing processes and procedures throughout tax season * Data Collection 1. (May) Meet with clients to prepare cover pages using tax documents provided 2. Collect and review client documents 3. Review and obtain client engagement letters 4. Update necessary client data in CRM system   * Data Input: 1. Create electronic projects in CRM system 2. Update client opportunity in CRM system 3. Scan all client documents for storage in box * Tax Return Assembly: 1. Assemble income tax return into a deliverable format for the client 2. Confirm all documents are scanned 3. Confirm Notes from Preparer are printed for use in delivery 4. Notify clients that returns are complete and ready for deliver/pick up 5. Coordinate and document delivery meeting 6. Place documents ready for delivery in appropriate place 7. Document and capture all process steps in CRM system. * Perform other duties as required.   Required Skills and Abilities * Tax Preparer Experience IS NOT required. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Interest and passion in the personal finance industry; history of prudent management in personal finances * Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments * Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook * Above average typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) * Above average math skills and analytical abilities   Education and Experience * High School Diploma     Physical Requirements * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  
Responsibilities
