Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Must be at least 18 years of age * Ability to work assigned shift, including weekends and required overtime during peak seasons * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks (with or without reasonable accommodation) * Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30–40 lbs. as needed * Ability to work in a food production environment and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines * Comfortable working in temperature-controlled production and warehouse areas * Reliable transportation to and from the Westerville facility * Authorization to work in the United States
