Position Overview The Seasonal Team Support position at Southeast Primary Care Partners is a temporary role designed to provide administrative and operational assistance during our high-volume season. This team member will support various clinical and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences during our busiest months. Requirements Varies per department assigned, may include: Provide general operational support to assigned department or multiple departments as needed Assist with workflow management to optimize efficiency and productivity Support departmental communication and coordination efforts Help maintain organizational systems, files, and documentation Assist with inventory management, supply organization, and resource allocation Support implementation of standard protocols and procedures Identify and report operational challenges or bottlenecks to appropriate leadership Assist with data collection and basic reporting tasks as assigned Support team members during periods of high volume or limited staffing Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and process refinements Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or some college education preferred Previous experience in healthcare settings or customer service roles is advantageous Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical record systems (training provided) Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Professional demeanor and positive attitude Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Hours and Duration Seasonal position typically lasting 2-3 months during our peak periods Full-time hours (32-40 hours per week) May include some evening or weekend hours based on practice needs Key physical and mental requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 50 pounds of force Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving Ability to travel to multiple locations to support business needs as required FLSA Classification: Non-exempt Southeast Primary Care Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
