Description We’re HIRING! Seasonal Toy Store Manager Bring the FUN and lead the way as a Seasonal Toy Store Manager at our brand-new location in the location in Burbank, California. We are excited to open a brand-new seasonal location with super fun toy merchandise for our customers. We are looking for a passionate people-loving leader to help bring this new location to life! About the Role This is more than just a job- it’s a chance to be part of beloved toy brands that bring great joy to all that love toys. In this role you will building a team that will create memorable customer experiences, and be the face of fun. You’ll drive results, develop your team, and work closely with our Home Office to make fun happen in the store. What You’ll Do · Create a fun, welcoming, high-energy store atmosphere · Coach and lead your team to deliver top-tier customer service · Drive sales and hit store targets by analyzing KPIs and setting smart goals · Partner with visual merchandisers to keep the store looking great · Train, and grow a passionate and performance-focused team · Share feedback, insights, and wins with the Home Office · Keep operations running smoothly and safely every day What We’re Looking For · 2+ years in retail, hospitality, events, or education leadership · A hands-on, solutions-focused leader with great energy · Strong communicator with coaching and development skills · Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) · Detail-oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms Bonus Points If You Have · Retail or event management experience · Knowledge of merchandising, and store operations If you're a positive, curious, people-first leader who believes work should be fun, we’d love to hear from you.
