Job Title: Seasonal Driver Job Type: Seasonal Truck Driver Contract Length: 6-8 weeks Expected Hours: Up to 60 hours per week Schedule: * 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (as required) * Day, evening, night, morning shifts * Monday to Sunday, including weekends and holidays Work Location: In-person Job Summary:  We are seeking a Seasonal Driver to transport finished goods and raw materials to and from BTN farms, retailers, and vendors. This role involves driving, operating a liftgate, moving heavy racks, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, reliable, and able to maintain a demanding delivery schedule while representing our brand professionally. Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods and materials to and from designated locations. * Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues, performing preventative maintenance as needed. * Follow the routes provided and meet delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries. * Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses safely and on time. * Use a liftgate to offload predominately metal racks with wheels and occasionally wood racks/pallets, weighing up to 750 pounds (a pump truck may be used). * Break down empty racks, organize them in the truck, and ensure maximum rack capacity for return trips. * Provide excellent customer service, representing the BTN brand professionally. * Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles as required. * Complete delivery and return documentation accurately and on time. * Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality. Job Requirements: * Valid AZ or DZ License. * Clean driver’s abstract and updated CVOR. * Ability to load/unload racks and maintain a demanding delivery schedule. * Safety-oriented with a strong commitment to following protocols. * Physically capable of pushing/pulling racks weighing up to 750 pounds (with appropriate equipment). * Experience driving a straight truck and/or tractor-trailer (1 year required). * Experience delivering freight in a straight truck or tractor-trailer (1 year required). * Strong organizational skills to efficiently break down and organize racks in the truck. * Excellent time management and communication skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts. * Good attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Additional Details: * Position is compensated as an hourly rate + Performance Bonus. * Deliveries can occur Monday to Sunday, with an expected schedule of 6 days per week and up to 60 hours per week. Physical Demands: * Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy racks weighing up to 750 pounds (with appropriate equipment). * Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.
