Job Overview: The Seasonal Inventory Associate position supports inventory control operations within the distribution center during peak business periods. This role works closely with the Inventory Supervisor and cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance. Associates may support multiple departments, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping, based on business needs. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hourly Responsibilities: * Inventory Control – Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution. Compare physical counts to system records and report variances to the Inventory Supervisor. * Receiving/Put-Away – Support inbound processes by verifying product counts, inspecting for damage, and ensuring accurate inventory transactions before storage. * Order Support – Partner with picking and shipping teams to resolve inventory issues and ensure accurate order fulfillment. * Quality – Help ensure all inventory is accurate, properly labeled, and free of damage. Report inconsistencies and maintain compliance with company standards. * Equipment – Safely and efficiently operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as required. Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track product movement. * Safety/Sanitation/Security – Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times.
