Saltbox simplifies the hardest parts of running a small online business by providing modern, flexible workspaces. Our members operate across a wide range of industries, including Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, and Electronics. The Role We’re looking for 2 Seasonal Member Specialists to join our Alexandria team and support operations during the peak season. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the facility runs smoothly, assist members with logistical tasks, and contribute to our vibrant Saltbox community. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work, and takes accountability seriously. What You’ll Do Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members. Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track. Monitor the delivery dock and assist with unloading trucks, pallets, and shipments. Lift, pull, and move packages ranging from 5 to 100 pounds (with reasonable accommodation). Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational. Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules. What You Bring Prior warehouse experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly process shipments and stay organized under pressure. Strong accountability and attention to detail. Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills. Willingness to adapt and support different service areas as needed.
