Description Seasonal Wildlife Technician Like working outside, solving problems, and never having two days look the same? As a Seasonal Wildlife Technician, you'll help homeowners and businesses handle nuisance wildlife the right way. One stop might be a raccoon in an attic, the next a bat exclusion on a three-story roof. You'll work alongside experienced technicians who'll show you the ropes, and strong performers often get offered full-time roles when the season ends. What you'll do Drive a company vehicle to client sites across the area Assist with humane, code-compliant nuisance wildlife solutions Inspect roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and entry points Keep your truck stocked and your work documented Represent Varment Guard professionally with every customer What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable on ladders, rooftops, and in tight spaces Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100) Willing to obtain ODNR Commercial Nuisance Wild Animal Control Operator Certification (we'll support you) Wildlife degree or route/customer service experience is a plus Why this role Solid $20/hour pay, real hands-on training, a clear path to full-time for the right person, and a team that's been doing this work for over 100 years.
