Uncle Henry’s is an award winning busy year round visitor attraction, with a renowned butchery department, shop/ deli and café/ restaurant with dog friendly coffee lounge serving home prepared meals from our kitchen, cakes, sweet and savoury pies direct produced daily in our bakery. SUMMARY

This is an exciting opportunity to join Uncle Henry’s in the lead up to Halloween, Christmas and the New Year. We are looking for somebody that appreciates the importance of great customer service, as well as quality and value. This role is to provide cover in the various departments during some of the busiest times of the year, as well as holiday cover etc. The role is varied - you maybe supporting the café team one day, serving customers on our deli counter the next. Your love of good food and quality ingredients may take you into our kitchen supporting the dedicated team in a fast paced environment. Your curiosity or interest could allow you to support the butchery team on another day.
We can guarantee that the correct candidate will have shifts across the week and weekend. Your flexibility and customer focussed character will shine through each shift.
You may have finished university and looking for your next role. You may want the flexibility that a zero hour contract gives you to fit around your lifestyle and other commitments. QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Great customer service and food service skills
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards - training will be given
• Culinary experience, preferably in a catering or restaurant environment is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• A reliable means of getting to work - we are in a rural setting so access to a vehicle is desirable.
• Flexibility across the full working week - daytime only, we are not open at night.
  Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
  Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
  Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
