Del Monte Foods has a powerful portfolio of brands, including the iconic Del Monte®, Contadina® and S&W®. We are currently seeking Seasonal Worker III – Lift Truck Drivers. The Seasonal Worker III - Lift Truck Driver is responsible for the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks within the Distribution Center. This is a temporary seasonal position that supports key DC functions including receiving, shipping, order picking, inventory management, and product put-away, while maintaining compliance with safety standards, GMP, and engineered labor standards. Accountabilities: * Drive pallets to and from label lines, wrapper machine, and store product in correct warehouse rows. * Restock divider sheets and wooden pallets to gallon machines. * Perform other driver duties as required. * Maintain open communication with stock controllers and supervisors. * Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly. * Comply with OSHA, GMP, and all applicable safety standards. * Assist in maintaining warehouse security. Minimum Skills Required: * Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math * Basic computer skills * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Powered industrial lift truck qualification * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Compliance with OSHA, GMP, and safety standards * Prior experience operating powered industrial lift trucks * Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. * Any equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. ***Please note: This position does not qualify for relocation expenses.*** Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is a global leader in the production, distribution, and marketing of fresh and fresh cut fruits and vegetables.
