Description A Seasonal Worker will engage and assist in various production methods and departments during the manufacturing process of products and/or product components. Great job for college/high school students looking for seasonal/summer work! Job Shift: 1st Job Duties: Cleaning and inspection of finished products Utilization of simple mechanical or pneumatic hand tools (where applicable) Assisting in the transportation of product/s through the production process Sanding wood-based or wood edged products in preparation for staining/finishing Sanding and finishing of Corian or other solid surface based product Participate in general cleaning and housekeeping duties within manufacturing facility premises Follow proper quality assurance measures and processes as set forth by Shoto Corporation Follow proper safety procedures and regulations Other duties as required Requirements Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. or more. Lesser amounts more frequently Standing is required for most of the day including frequent turning, bending, crouching and twisting as required Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time Ability to work as part of a team, or independently as required without direct supervision Able to work briskly and steadily in an efficient manner Overtime hours available Reports To: Shop Supervisor/s Upper Management
