Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * To provide a professional approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance. * Assist yard staff and work unsupervised to maintain the standards and daily operation of the department. * To provide information, assistance, and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements, and expectations of the consumer. * To perform truck maintenance such as cleaning and informing the Agro Manager if any mechanical appointments are required. * To be familiar with and adhere to Prairie North Co-op policies and procedures. * To operate the point-of-sale terminal and prepare daily cash reconciliations when required. * To perform inventory counts. * To drive forklifts or delivery vehicles. * Maintain yard image standards. * To perform other duties as may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have a valid drivers license. * Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry 80 + lbs. * Energetic. * Must be willing to work weekend shifts.
