You'll Enjoy Our: * Work-Life Balance - Evenings, Sundays, and holidays off * On-the-Job Training * Competitive Pay - We pay depending on experience * Work Environment - Everyone takes pride in their work and can see their impact on the company Your Responsibilities Include: * Maintaining tools and equipment around the Acme yard and parking lots * Fueling all types of equipment before and after customer rentals, checking battery levels in electric lift equipment, and checking cords and locks on trailers * Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and trailers for customers * Inspecting tools, equipment, and trailers for damage at time of rental and return * Delivering and picking up tools and equipment for customers with a pick-up truck and trailer combo * Maintaining delivery vehicles (scheduling oil changes, checking fluids, inspecting tires, etc.) * Organizing tools and equipment for accessibility * Clearing the yard and parking lots of debris and performing snow and ice removal in the winter * Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity * Effectively and professional communicating with other employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person * Completing related tasks as assigned You'll Need: * A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record * To be able to drive and back up a pick-up and trailer combo * Strong communication skills * To be willing to work outdoors in all seasons * To be able to work Saturdays We'd Love if You Have: * Mechanical aptitude * Previous experience operating equipment * Customer service experience * Tool and equipment knowledge Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 70 lbs. * Stand for the majority of your shift * Bend, squat, pull, push, and reach throughout your shift *Employment offers are contingent on drug-screen and background check.
