Work with internal resources to develop detailed models and methodologies for analysis Develop seat design solutions working with seat structures, trim, and restraints engineering teams. Develop detailed seat models for whiplash analysis. Includes mechanisms, restraints, structure, foam and trim. Analyze whiplash results and provide insights Perform physical test to CAE correlation for whiplash Guide design engineers in seat development for whiplash performance. Established and active employee resource groups 10 years of General CAE experience in non-linear LS-DYNA. 5 years plus in Seat CAE overall experience. 5 years plus of specific whiplash CAE experience. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Master's Degree Preferred) Familiarity with FMVSS, IIHS, Euro- NCAP, Latin-NCAP, China-NCAP, Japan-NCAP regulations. Modeling and analysis experience with BioRID 2 dummies CAE leadership experience delivering whiplash requirements to programs.
