Description As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the development of a defined sales territory in overall sales and profitable growth. You will develop and grow a sales territory to meet and exceed profitability goals and desired levels of market penetration for overall volume, margin, and product line. (position starts at $125k - $225k Per Year) What we do: Glacier Supply Group is a regional HVAC distributor of a complete line of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and water heating products. We provide products and services to the residential new construction and replacement markets as well as the light-commercial markets. What you’ll do: · Maintain outstanding levels of customer service · Keep customer current with updated pricing information · Provide marketing and promotional designs to expand sales · Maintain accurate and up to date files relating to customer contact, details, and promotional activities · Assess and monitor competition in territory to identify potential and/or lost business · Drive to customer locations to sell products & services, establish relationships and solve problems · Achieve successful outcomes through the application of a consultative sales process, relationship-based, providing solutions to business problems · Conduct data analyses to key accounts/prospects measuring actual track purchases to goals · Perform other related duties as required and assigned What we’re looking for The successful candidate should have: · Related industry sales or customer service experience · Good listener and strong communicator · Entrepreneurial, goal-driven, action-oriented, self-motivated · Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and open-minded manner · Well organized and represent the company in a professional manner · Related degree is a plus What’s in it for you? · Base salary plus commission initially with transition plan to 100% commission · Benefits package for full-time employees with full covered medical option · Retirement plan with company match · PTO, birthday PTO, and paid holidays · Culture of promoting from within
