SALARY: OTE OF £55K - £60K (BASIC SALARY OF UP TO £35K + BONUS)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Second Charge Mortgage Advisor to join our highly skilled team. As a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers secure their financial needs. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on second charge mortgages, guiding customers through the application process, and ensuring a best-in-class experience. What you’ll be doing:

  • Contact qualified leads that have been generated through our secured online journey.
  • Assessing customers’ applications and delivering high-quality recommendations tailored to customer needs and circumstances, in accordance with our Compliance and Training & Competence Procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on second charge mortgage options to customers, utilising in-house software.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and lender criteria to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them fully informed throughout the process.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our exceptional team of case managers to support customers’ applications.
  • Play a key role in the continuous innovation of best-in-class customer experience by actively suggesting new ideas and processes.

What we expect from you:

  • CeMAP 1 qualified (as a minimum) and 2 years of sales experience.
  • A performance-driven mindset, taking accountability for your targets that drive the right outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience, going above and beyond for customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work shifts to meet the evolving needs of customers.
