We are recruiting for an experienced chef looking for their next position. You would be joining a friendly, talented kitchen team, serving fresh, locally sourced and seasonal food. It’s a busy, fast paced environment where you will be serving a gastro pub menu and restaurant style specials for locals and visitors to the Loch Ness area. Must be comfortable with leading prep and running service on the head chef’s days off.
Hours will be flexible but we aim to provide a good work/life balance with 2 days off per week. In return, we are looking for a positive attitude to work and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cooking and presentation.

About Us
Whitebridge Hotel is a small, but busy 12 bedroom hotel, on the South side of Loch Ness, 25 miles from Inverness. With a reputation for quality, value for money dining, the owners pride themselves in providing warm, welcoming and friendly service to all who come to eat, drink or stay at the hotel. Its a nice working environment with a family feel therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys their work and is passionate about doing a good job.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
