Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in hotel operation
  • Experience with hot and cold food prep, grill, fryer, or oven stations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume Kitchen
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Understanding of kitchen operations, health and safety regulations
  • Comfortable working with guests in a public area
  • Energetic, self-motivated, out-going, team-player

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (for up to 8 hours).
