we call our second head chefs ‘senior sous chefs’. as a senior sous chef, you’ll be second in command – supporting the head chef, leading the team with confidence, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly and full of energy. you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for both your team + guests. you’ll support in continuous coaching + developing your team to be their best, whilst driving your restaurant performance and delivering amazing results
