We are looking for a Second Level Support Agent (m/f/d) in full-time (39h/week) to start immediately.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve customers’ technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring user satisfaction
  • Act as the point of contact for customers queries about the APIs offered by the company
  • Coordinate between IT colleagues and our IT partner to resolve customer’s technical issues
  • Ensure the secure creation, modification, and removal of user accounts and access rights
