SECOND LINE IT SUPPORT ANALYST (ICMS)

The IT Operations team ensures the effective operation, administration and maintenance of RBG Kew’s IT infrastructure.
The Analyst will provide day-to-day support to ICMS end-users as well as playing an integral part in the support of troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. The role will also involve talking end-users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
