As a Foreperson, you’ll be the go-to person on site, directing people, and resources to complete jobs on time and to the highest standards. You’ll be hands-on with scoping and planning, technical support, quality checks and most importantly, ensuring safety is front of mind across every task. It’s a role that offers a mix of leadership, technical input, and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Leading field teams to complete jobs safely, efficiently and to spec
  • Scoping work, planning resources and interpreting technical drawings
  • Ensuring plant, equipment and compliance checks are up to date
  • Providing coaching, feedback and guidance to your team
  • Driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity
  • Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring daily reporting and audits are completed accurately and on time
