Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate paper cutters and finishing equipment according to job tickets and production schedules Read and interpret work orders, job tickets, and cutting layouts Measure and verify finished product dimensions to ensure accuracy Adjust machine settings for various paper sizes, weights, and job requirements Inspect finished materials for quality standards and report defects Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on cutting equipment Maintain clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Communicate effectively with press operators, bindery staff, and supervisors Accurately complete required production documentation Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience operating industrial cutting equipment preferred (printing industry a plus) Ability to read job specifications and use measuring tools accurately Strong attention to detail Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable attendance required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching Manual dexterity to safely operate machinery Work Environment Manufacturing/production facility Exposure to loud machinery Second Shift hours from 3:00p.m.-11:00p.m. As a team member at BR Printers, you’ll enjoy: • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical & Dental coverage along with company paid life insurance, voluntary Vision, Life & Disability insurance • 401(k) with Company Match • Paid time off (PTO) • Paid Holidays Location: On-site 2100 Ellis Tech Drive. Responsibilities

The Second Shift Cutter-Operator will operate paper cutters and finishing equipment according to job tickets and production schedules. They will also inspect finished materials for quality standards and perform routine maintenance on cutting equipment.
