Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans - Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members - Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support - Document resident care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff Skills and Qualifications: - Valid LPN license in the state of Florida - Prior experience working with seniors in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent resident care - Ability to work flexible full-time hours, including some weekends - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards At Grand Villa of Englewood, we pride ourselves on our supportive culture, opportunities for growth, and comprehensive benefits package.
