Description 2nd Shift Commercial Technician – Build Something That Makes an Impact Schedule: Start between 3 and 4pm - work 4x10s Location: RenewAire – Madison, WI What You’ll Do As a 2nd Shift Commercial Technician, you’ll take the lead in assembling and building commercial air systems from start to finish. You’ll work from up-to-date drawings and specs, turning components into complete, high-performing ventilation units. Every day brings new challenges, variety, and teamwork. You’ll: Assemble commercial units and accessories to exact specifications and drawings Inspect your work to ensure top-tier quality and complete documentation accurately Follow all safety procedures and help keep a clean, organized, and positive workspace Communicate clearly with your team to stay on track and meet production goals Take initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements Cross-train in multiple areas to expand your skills and keep things fresh Who You Are You’re a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in doing things right.
