Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to complete the project. May include preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. How you'll make an impact Provide technical support for tendering & Execution of Customer projects, preparation of Secondary drawings & Bill of Quantities for Engineered items of Gas insulated Switchgears LCC. Prepare specifications, check supplier's offers & co-ordinate with Supply Chain Management for procurement of materials, equipment & Services for LCCs. Prepare interlocks, MIMIC, AC DC Load calculation. Prepare the Control schematic drawings in E-3 for GIS bays. Attend discussions with customers, handle site queries and take necessary actions. Helping apprentices, entry-level engineers, technicians, and support teams with design questions. Review of deliverables before submission to client. Participate in customer meetings as required and active participation in project review meeting. Active project contribution to reduce the lead time and cost of the LCC solution by developing a solution as per project technical requirements. Adhere to the detailed project plan to meet on time delivery and to ensure quality of deliverable as top priority. To focus on optimized solutions with benefit to customers and Hitachi Energy. Interface with Primary, steel and application engineers on systems / solutions part from Hitachi Energy companies. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background Bachelor's Engineering /Diploma in Electrical. 1- 3 Years of experience with design. Preferable experience in E3, SAP & MS office. Knowledge of relevant international standards ex. IEEE, IEC etc. Knowledge of high voltage gas insulated switchgear (66kv and above). Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
