A bit about us: SAIL (Salisbury Academy for Inspiration Learners) is a day specialist provider of education in Salisbury, Wiltshire for children and young people aged from 5 to 16 years who have a diagnosis of Autism or an SEMH profile. We are a growing school which opened in September 2023 and currently have around 110 students. Our aim is to build safe, independent lives for the Autistic and SEMH population through a process of understanding, support, and enablement. We personalise each child’s curriculum, care, and therapeutic package to support them to achieve and experience success and independence. All about the role: We are looking for a secondary maths teacher with passion, drive and commitment to work in our school with our ASC/SEMH students, build their aspirations and help them see what is possible. Are you a maths teacher with a passion for working with young people with SEND, specifically those with ASC/SEMH needs? Therefore the ability to be adaptive and creative with your teaching in order to respond to individual needs is essential.
