Egypt Education Platform is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Secondary Physics Teacher to join our dedicated team at GEMS - TBS (The British School Al-Rehab). Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that align with the British curriculum for Secondary students. Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of all students, ensuring their academic and emotional development. Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their learning experience. Create a welcoming classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and a love for learning. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and encouraging parental involvement. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a cohesive educational experience and engage in ongoing curriculum development. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to stay informed and improve teaching practices. Support students’ social and emotional growth while fostering positive behavior and classroom dynamics. Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Education, or a related field. A valid teaching qualification with at least 2 years of experience teaching physics at the secondary level. Hold PGCE / QTS or a valid teaching qualification Strong knowledge of the secondary physics curriculum and effective teaching methodologies. Proficient in using technology and laboratory equipment in teaching physics concepts. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A passion for physics and the ability to motivate and inspire students. Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and continuous professional growth.
