Cover Supervisor - Ellesmere Port

We’re working with a high-performing secondary school in Ellesmere Port who are looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong presence, great communication skills and the ability to engage and manage students in a classroom setting.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Delivering pre-set work to classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Managing behaviour and keeping students on task
• Building positive relationships with students and supporting their learning
• Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
