Responsibilities

You’ll be working in our dynamic Education team and will be responsible for the delivery of Saints Foundation’s Community Champions project. This project aims to offer positive engagement for secondary aged children to support them to gain the skills and confidence to engage with their education. This is done by using a range of inspiring mentoring, small group intervention curriculums and extra-curricular clubs.
In this role you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of the project. You’ll lead a passionate delivery team, working closely with local schools, funders, and stakeholders to ensure the programme remains relevant, impactful, and aligned with its objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining strong partnerships, regularly reporting progress to funders and schools, and ensuring that the programme delivers on its key performance indicators. You will also monitor the quality of delivery through regular school visits, support your team’s personal development through one-to-one meetings and training, and adapt the project’s curriculum to reflect the evolving needs of young people across Southampton.
